A Beach Fossils and Jack Tatum (Wild Nothing) collaboration? Your (and our) wildest dreams have come true. The rumored collaboration between the two lo-fi, jangly-guitar-driven bands have finally come into fruition with the anticipated track “Out in the Way”. The new track has undoubtedly lived up to its expectations of what the two young bands are capable of with their distinct branding of lo-fi, hazy, beach-pop sounds. The two bands have remained on our radar since their initial endeavors, with their work fittingly making it onto our Top 10 LPs of 2010 post, and this collaboration has nothing but strengthened our excitement for them. The amazing track can be found on Beach Fossils’ forthcoming new EP, What a Pleasure, set to be released next week via Captured Tracks.
